Hi Joker, I'm new to this site. This year, I just started reading "Windy City Ghosts" by Dale Kaczmarek and two other books on Chicagoland hauntings. Cannot stop thinking about Bachelor's Grove all day today. I'll have to pray for those souls.
I see a semi-transparent woman right in front of the tree itself, you can see parts of the tree through her. She is seated with her hands folded. In the morning light, on my old computer screen, she is very clear. In fact, she is the very same girl with the long brown hair and white dress that was seated on the "checkerboard" gravestone pictured in Dale K's book. Same flat face, barely there nose. In your picture, she is sitting in an invisible chair in the same posture, only we don't quite see all of her, or her feet.
Yes, it is there. It isn't just the tree.
