Went with some friends to the Grove back in December 2002. Just a random trip, though someone we knew had gone there days before and taken a photograph which they thought had visual proof of what appeared to be a spirit, something that looked part wolf. On our trip there, we saw the tree behind the "apparition" they saw, and we pretty much felt that the thing they thought they saw in the photo was just the tree. I took several photos, one had what I thought might be an Orb, but not sure. In any way, a few of us went back a few months later in the summertime. Not very memorable. There was talk of going back this past year, but never came to happen.
If we do soon, a question. Are dogs allowed in the Grove? Being part of a forest preserve, I am guessing not, but would be interesting to see how an animal reacts in the place. I honestly don't know how "haunted" BG is, but read some stories where people brought dogs and they were more sensative to things.
